The Baby - The Run - The Gene Pool

The youngest family member finally arrived, our little girl Maizy Nicole is one precious bundle of joy. She is sleeping at night and starting to be alert and wide eyed. Never thought having a little girl would be so different - yet so great.

Ran a good 12 miles yesterday - it amazing some people that I enjoy running for over an hour but I will say the run yesterday was more of a mental game then normal. One foot in front of the other - that is all it takes...somedays it is easier than others.

So..tomorrow I take myself out the gene pool. Kind of strange feeling but many have gone before me...and will go after. If there are other kids in the game play God can work it out.
